Microdosing San Pedro Hauchuma

Are you curious about deepening your connection with the San Pedro spirit?

Opening your heart chakra? Increasing energy, focus and creativity? OPTIMIZING?

I believe my many years of nursing experience has allowed me to dive deeper into the chemistry, metabolism, uses and integration of these natural medicines while delivering a holistic, natural and spiritual based foundation for optimization of the mind, body and spirit.

When asked to describe microdosing in a short sentence, my favorite response is “it’s like natures Xanax”

Named San Pedro when shamans fed the cactus to Catholic priests they believed the plant showed them the heavens, subsequently guiding them to meet Saint Peter, who guards heaven’s gates. It can also mean “head off” which translates to walking without the ego.

The indigenous people of Peru have used San Pedro in ceremony for over 3,500 years. A stone carving clearly depicting a huachuma shaman holding a San Pedro cactus was found at the Jaguar temple at Chavín de Huántar in Northern Peru, dating back to around 1300 BC.

I found this amazing video from the Microdosing Institute.
